Terms of Service

These terms are between you and Jobweave, Inc., 5055 W Hacienda Ave Unit #1096, Las Vegas, NV 89118 (“Jobweave,” “we,” “us”). By creating an account or using Jobweave, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

You must be at least 16 years old to use Jobweave. By using it, you confirm that you are.

Jobweave is in early access. That means it is under active development, features can change or be withdrawn, and we do not promise any particular level of availability or uptime. We may set fair-use limits on how much you can use the service, including how much AI usage is included, and we may adjust those limits.

Jobweave is currently free. Being an early-access user does not entitle you to free or discounted access in the future.

If we start charging for Jobweave, we will tell you by email at least 30 days before any charge applies to your account. You will never be charged without agreeing to a price first. If you do not want to continue, you can export your data and close your account.

Everything you put into Jobweave — your career history, resumes, cover letters, applications and notes — belongs to you. You give us permission to store it, process it, and send it to the services described in our privacy policy only so that we can operate the features you use.

We do not sell your content, and we do not use it to train AI models. That permission ends when you delete the content or your account.

Please do not:

• use Jobweave to break the law, or to impersonate someone else
• upload content you do not have the right to use
• try to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the service, or to another user's account
• resell or redistribute the service, or use it to build a competing product from our data

If you do any of these, we may suspend or close your account. Where it is reasonable to do so, we will tell you why first.

Jobweave uses AI to draft and rewrite text from what you have entered. AI output can be wrong, can misstate things, and can sound more confident than it should. Everything Jobweave drafts is a starting point for you to check and edit.

You are responsible for what you send to an employer. We cannot promise any outcome from your job search.

You can stop using Jobweave and close your account at any time, and export your data before you do.

We may change features, or stop offering Jobweave entirely. If we are shutting the service down, we will give you at least 30 days' notice by email so you can export your data.

Jobweave is provided as it is, without warranties of any kind. We do not promise it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will meet your particular needs.

To the extent the law allows, Jobweave is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost opportunities, lost job offers, or lost data. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to US $100.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and some places give you rights that these terms cannot override.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be heard in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada.

We may update these terms. When we do, we will change the effective date at the top of this page. If a change materially affects your rights, we will tell you by email before it takes effect. Continuing to use Jobweave after that means you accept the updated terms.
